The Trevi Fountain

This baroque masterpiece is Rome’s most famous fountains and was immortalised in the film ‘La Dolce Vita.’ Tradition states that visitors should throw two coins over their shoulder into the fountain. The first coin ensures their return to the Eternal City and the second coin is for a personal wish.  This landmark is always very busy but is very accessible by foot to both the Spanish Steps and Pantheon.
